Karen Rachinski - roXiva® Audio Visual Practitioner


Karen was first introduced to Audio Visual Entrainment (AVE) in 2019. Over the last several years, she has worked with various Audio Visual Entrainment Technologies and has developed a deep understanding of the technology and honed into the multitude of benefits. To date, both in North America and Europe Karen has conducted over eight hundred light sessions. Firsthand, she has witnessed the profound and transformative effects people have experienced. Thus, leading her to create Live Light Wellness.

Prior to her work with Advanced Light Technology, now known as Audio Visual Entrainment (AVE), Karen was a Registered Social Worker (RSW), Counsellor and Program Manager where she established a strong background in Human Development and wellbeing. 

What is roXiva® Audio Visual Entrainment?


Audio Visual Entrainment is a holistic light and sound wellness modality and revolutionary approach to expanded states of consciousness. How it Works:


The Light enters the body, your system is activated, a hypnagogic state is accessed, an immersive meditative experience begins.

The coordinated interplay of the flickering and flashing lights gently permeates the closed eyes. After passing through the retina, the light travels along the optic nerve and activates subconscious parts of your brain. Parts of your brain begin to synchronize with these stroboscopic light pulses, propelling you into a deep meditative state called hypnagogia. As the brain and body continue to progressively relax, you are guided through varied levels of consciousness and awareness as your brain entrains to the advanced light meditation.
