WHAT IS ACCESS BARS?
Access Bars is a light touch treatment that deeply relaxes the brain and the body. There are 32 points (or Bars) on the head which correlate to different areas of life. During a session, lightly touching these points can help reduce stress and trauma throughout the body and increase positive attitudes toward life. The main feedback from sessions includes a more peaceful mind, an improved outlook on life, an ability to sleep better and increased energy and creativity.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
The client lies on a massage table or sits on a chair while a practitioner lightly holds specific points on the head. A session can last between 30 and 60 minutes, after which most people report feeling more relaxed and calmer.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When lightly touched, the Bars points stimulate a positive neurological response inside the brain and release the electromagnetic components of stress, thoughts and emotions. This appears to trigger the body’s natural ability to heal and facilitate the physiological changes required for greater well-being.
